To get to Vieques island you must take a ferry from Fajardo Ferry port that cost $2 usd per person one way, or you can take an adjacent flight from San Juan International airport. You can also take a flight from nearby Isla Grande airport which is usually a much faster option to check in and out of your flight and much cheaper.
