Puerto Rican food- is very tasty and usually composed from a variety of spices and herbs that were introduced to Puertoricans via a merging time line of various cultures. Many of the spices and fruits we have come to know and love in Puerto Rico were actually brought to Puerto Rico from places like India, Africa and even the Phillipines aboard ships mostly by the Europeans. In this section I have included many of my personal style authentic Puertorican recipes for typical Puerto Rico foods. This section will be growing fast so please check back with us often.
